Here's why
G’day

Actionable Tip
How to improve your stores profitability
3 Easy Tips
Say you’re spending $10,000 on ads to acquire 500 customers.
There are ways to make more money, which don’t involve spending more on ads.
You can;
increase your conversion rate
recover more abandoned carts
increase lifetime value of those 500 customers
None of this requires additional ad spend. And that is only 3 of many ways.
How to increase Conversion Rate
Run A/B tests on your website
Offer product bundles
Increase the amount of visible social proof
How to recover more abandoned carts (full free training on this coming soon)
Offer discounts to people who have never purchased
A/B test the time delays
Handle objections, don’t just send reminders
How to increase Lifetime Value
Offer VIP incentives
Have a really good Winback flow
Provide instant upsells/discounts post-purchase to boost AOV
Hope these help!

Email Analysis
Elite Eleven
8th Birthday Sale
Sorry if anyone from Elite Eleven is on this newsletter.
But this email is pretty foul…
The subject line is great, it probably got a ton of opens.
And in a situation like this, you actually don’t want to overcomplicate the email. You just want clicks to the site. But this just hardly showcases anything.
I would:
Make the 50% off the main header rather than the birthday thing
Make the birthday thing the subheader
Showcase more images of example products on sale, with some example savings
There is just nothing visual to look at here. And visuals are vital for a fashion brand
Not to mention, the logo is also really poorly contrasted that it took me a couple seconds to work out where it actually was.
There is also no text in this email, just images. So deliverability would’ve been poor.
And this email was clearly intended to go to the sale, so why include links to download your app, or go to your social media?
The images are also a bit blurry
This is a 3/10 email at best.
Take this brutal advice on board for your next sale campaign!!
